Where do you ship? 

We ship within the United States.

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via email at feelio.blocks@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @feelioblocks with the following information: 1) Name 2) Address 3) Item(s) you would like to purchase. We will follow up with a quote for a discounted shipping rate, delivery timeframe and an estimate of the duties and taxes due in your specific country.  

  

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for any purchase that includes Tahoe or Blue Ridge blocks within the continental United States (*excludes Alaska and Hawaii, see below). 

A $6 shipping charge applies for Gripblocks.

A $4 shipping charge applies for hats and beanies.

*Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping is $25 per pair of Tahoe or Blue Ridge blocks. Please note our intention is to offset the increased shipping costs (typically between $40-60 per pair of blocks) to these destinations. For purchases that do not include blocks, a $9 shipping charge applies.

International shipping: please see the first question above for more details.

 

How long will my order take to ship?

Our handcrafted blocks are built in batches on a monthly basis.  Since there is a limited quantity available each month, you can expect your order to be shipped within one to four weeks depending on time of purchase.

 

How do I take care of my blocks?

Be sure to use your blocks on a mat or similar surface to keep from scratching or denting them. To further avoid scratches and dents, refrain from hitting blocks together or dropping them on the floor.

As for cleaning, you can treat these blocks like wooden furniture.

 

Can I sweat on my blocks?

Certainly! Please feel free to work hard, but keep a towel around if you notice sweat building up anywhere. As always, be safe and make sure the surfaces you're using aren't slippery or dangerous in any way.

 

Are the blocks made out of real wood?

Yes! Our current selection of blocks are constructed with maple, alder and poplar woods.  Please browse our collection for more information.
