The wrists are arguably the most important asset to the yoga practice. From plank, to downward facing dog, to handstand, being able to load the hands is essential for the beginner to the advanced practitioner. It’s time to get serious about the wrist pain and discomfort you’ve accepted!

Our wrist support blocks provide benefits beyond traditional yoga props and accessories. Feelio Blocks were made to help those practicing capitalize on the most fundamental postures in yoga without sacrificing the joints and tissues of the body. 

The addition of the handle gives you the option to load the entire structure of the arm, from wrist to shoulder, without missing a beat within the sequence of movements from the mat to the air.  Feelio Blocks allow the wrist to be in a more ergonomically friendly neutral position and are additionally used for exercise as parallettes for push-ups and handstands.
