I’m 50 in a few months.
Determined to build a handstand practice.
Using these round blocks has been super helpful in building strength & hand awareness while upside down!
I also enjoy using them for my Vinyasa practice.

Definitely feel work in my fingers and forearms. I really love using them for teacup like movements to work the shoulder rather than big bulky blocks!
They are fun to use! My tendency is to dump into my wrists, but the grip blocks definitely help with whole hand activation!
